Meri is an old friend of mine.
She owns and manage a small farm in Formigine, where she produces fresh, clean, tasty vegetables.
Last year me and Sara gathered together 4 buyers (us, the Tozamas, the Gallis, Eva’s parents) and asked her to provide us with a box (the “cassetta”) of what her fields weekly generate. Good fresh food, teaching us also the knowledge of what is seasonable (I was one or those who thought that strawberries could be available throughout the whole year).
Now we have lattuce, peas, strawberries, zucchini, rucola, and do not miss Esselunga!
“Cassetta” is back!
