Running-wise I had a very fruitful August.. First came Murakami with his inspiring book about running, then Tozama forced me and Sara to follow his athletic schedule during the Greece vacation (we founded the “Khalkidiki Running Team”!), finally came the new Nike+ Human Race appointment and a medical approval for running to my wife’s knees.
