What a deep, lucky cinematic week!
Revolutionary road: epic, tragic, titanic (not Titanic, eh, eh!), almost perfect. Kate Winslet is immortally beautiful and damn good-acting, like a real Sophia Loren of the 50s. Leo is good but in my opinion unfortunately is still looking too young and polite for the turbulent character of Frank Wheeler.

Great book by Richard Yates, published in Italy by Minimum Fax, which I read during the last summer holidays.. And now I’ve just found out that we will see the movie (which will be directed by one of my favourite directors, Sam Mendes), hopefully without dubbing.
